Okay, so you might have heard of Mystery Science Theater… but have you heard of RiffTrax? Apparently (I could be wrong) it’s made by the same people who did MST…

Only better.

I had watched MST in the past and hated it. They made fun of old movies that had bad acting and well… just terrible movies… Well NOW thy are doing new movies… like say TWILIGHT and NEW MOON.

Tonight I invited some friends over to watch TWILIGHT with the RiffTrax and we laughed so hard we cried. Most of the people here LOVED the movie, like they are what you call Twi-hards… I am not exactly sure what that means… but apparently it’s something good?

In any event, we set up the movie on my 60+ inch plasma with surround sound and watched… Oh my goodness. Even the lovers of the movie laughed harder then they had laughed in weeks! Maybe months! It was awesome.

We already have a scheduled session to view the NEW MOON RiffTrax next… I mean really. It was that good… and hilarious. Definitely not for children… but hil.ar.i.ous.

If you have never wanted to see the movie… you should watch the RiffTrax. You won’t be sorry.

I am trying to go for YA and mysterious… did I hit both points?

I tried to find a girl looking down with brown hair, but there is only so much you can do when you are messing around with Photoshop. The journal isn’t QUITE what I have envisioned, still hoping to find someone who can come with THIS concept but professional and schnazzy.

Are you him? Her? Them? Drop me a note…

I really need to perfect my query… really.need.to.

I should just bite the bullet and pick the one (out of like thirty now) that I like the best and send it off. Because the book IS NOT going to get picked up just sitting here on my computer.

I even got a bit of a run in… only 10 minutes but what can you expect with eight kids in the house. I was lucky with the ten minutes. For the record, I do not want Vibram Five Fingers… I tried running bare foot… yah, epic fail. My ankles are angry tonight.

So after my fabulously productive day (in which I did not write a single word in any of my MSs– I thought about it, so it counts as progress), I decided I needed to get some other creative juices flowing. The one’s I haven’t exercised in about two years (has it really been that long… Oh goodness I stink)… like… say… sketching!

But I have no idea where my sketch things are… or if I had loaned them to my children which now have grape jelly and GI JOE renditions on them. So, about 5:00 I decided I was going to head to Hobby Lobby before the night was over and get me some supplies.

Another little known fact… I love paper, pens, markers… staples, office depot… I could stay in there for hours. HOURS. To me it screams “ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES” in every way.

Ahem, so at 6:45, after I sent DH on an errand, I headed out to Hobby Lobby to grab a sketch pad and some new graphites.  Got them and turned out my first drawing at 8:45.

Here it is… It’s my rendition of ME as the twitter bird…

Now before you go all crazy… not that you would… I can’t take complete credit! I did get the idea off another picture… so it’s totally not my idea! I just used the idea and made some changes… like Eisley glasses… eyelashes… still debating on dimples.

And I decided to use it as my twitter pic…  take this as a warning But I changed it again.

Now off to mind the muse… must write a bit and get some editing done on my query. It needs to go out soon…. very soon.
