A week later…

A lot of people are asking me how I feel about my ipad a week (or more later)… Am I having buyer remorse? Do I wish I would have gone for a cheaper ereader? What are my thoughts.

Well, if you saw my vlog below, you’ll know that I was under a spell. In fact, I’m pretty sure the air in the apple store is tainted with sparkles and dreams… and when you go in, they fill your eyes and well… there is not much hope for your pocketbook.

Note to self: Leave pocketbook at home next time.

I digress… So am I having buyers remorse?

Well, I know for a fact my wallet is… but me? Not. So. Much.

I still loves it. I took it with me today to waste some time before I went to a movie with some friends… Read Excelsior by George Sirois (review and interview from George coming soon!), and boy did I love that thing. I mean seriously. No buyers remorse here… in fact I just keep thinking WHY ON EARTH doesn’t my husband want one of these?

Another kicker… I used it in church on Sunday. I am sure I got some looks, but I wasn’t looking, I was paying attention to the pastor and taking notes right in the Bible Application. Ohhh and it got cooler. The bible app had a highlighter and verse puller and sparkles… I likes sparkles.

It was… awe.some.

So no… not having buyers remorse AT ALL.

(PS If you want to play words with friends with me… I am “Eisley J” but you may have to wait a few minutes because I am probably playing Angry Birds HD or reading someone’s manuscript… ;) )
