I feel older, but not wiser…

Who thought up that saying anyway?

Older and wiser… I don’t totally agree. With the way technology is going, Older is definitely not wiser! Though, I suppose they meant something like “You live, you learn.” That could translate into “Older and wiser”… because who do you know that stubs their toe repeatedly without picking up the brick out of the middle of the walkway and moving it to the side? So, I suppose it works in that sense?

Anyhow, this is a mindless post. Feel free to ignore. Mindless because today is a mindless day… it’s my birthday. I am 35 and that is a freaky number for me. I think I remember my mom turning 35… and while I might not have considered it old then. I definitely consider it hill worthy now. No, not over the hill… but I see the hill… and maybe, just maybe if I get a running start… I can CLEAR the hill without touching it… Yes?

Why is aging so hard? Not only mentally but physically. Mentally I feel 10 (No wise cracks)… phsycially I feel 110. Though I feel better then I did four years ago, I am still just physically tired. And I am sure it has to do with age and the fact I have 7 kids in the house at the moment and its about to drastically increase for Homeschool Spanish Class today
