Cereal novels…

Err, serial… Haha!
Actually, Claudia from The Denver Cereal is reinforcing this idea I have had about my Unseen Chronicles. And by golly, I think I am going to do it.
What exactly am I going to do…? I think I am going to do post my Unseen Chronicles as weekly chapters… err Chronicles.
Not only will it get the work out there and hopefully impact some people in ways they didn’t think they could be impacted, but it will spur me forward in my other novels. How exactly is that possible? I am not sure what do to with the Chronicles right now, which has been taking some of my energy away from the other projects I have going. So, to solve that — until someone is ready to pick the Chronicles up as a full novel (or novella) of short inspirational TRUE stories written from the speculative fiction standpoint –I think I am going to start posting them.
What a freeing announcement… and a little scary too. But mostly just freeing.

My serial novels (and the comments I get on them) really do play a large part in my motivation to keep writing other things for possible publication. I hope it works the same way for you.
I love this! I think it’s such a great way to build your brand and your audience. I think sometimes us writers are too protective of our work, while really we need to get it out there for the public to see. So people start to spread the news about Eisley. I’m on board for sure.
I can’t wait to start reading them. I can understand the frightening part. Now you’ve put it out there and must follow through.
I’ve seen bits of your writing, though, and know these will be great. Let us know when the first one goes up!
